We at Pure Stainless are constantly pushing the boundaries when it comes to product range and customer satisfaction. We are proud to announce that we have a new edition to our cutting-edge family.
It is our new high definition plasma cutter which means that we are able to cater for your unique needs even more by being able to cut 12-meter projects for you at a thickness of up to 100mm, depending on the material. We already have the widest range of steel products available and now we have the widest range of plasma cutters too. At the end of the day, we are all about you and what you need.
We cut 3CR12 and Stainless Steel to any shape or size by selecting guillotine, laser or plasma cutting. 3CR12 and Stainless Steel are also bent to any profile to suit customer requirements.
Our modern and clean workshops are also equipped with a heavy-duty guillotine and 300-ton hydraulic bending brake with a 4-meter bed bending up to 12 mm. Maintenance on these high tech machines is done on a regular basis, thus ensuring our highly skilled personnel carry out cut to size and bending orders to maintain high-quality standards.
All material needed to process orders are supplied to the workshop personnel from our well-stocked stores enabling us to provide efficient service and speedy deliveries.
Deliveries within a radius of approximately 300 kilometres from Nigel are done by our highly motivated and responsible drivers, operating a modern fleet of well-maintained vehicles.
Africa imports & exports, long distance and large consignments are managed through our logistics department, thus ensuring prompt deliveries to all our customers.
We belong to the South African Stainless Steel Association (SASSDA)
We also cut any shape and size with our plasma cutter to customer’s requirements up to 50mm in any grade of stainless steel.
